Inside The Mind (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) conducts live classes (hereinafter referred to as “Class” or “Classes”) and provides educational content (hereinafter referred to as “Content”) to participants (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Participant”).
1. Acceptance
By registering for and participating in the Class, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Class Details
– Class schedule, duration, and format are subject to change at Our sole discretion.
– We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Participation
– You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Class.
– You are responsible for ensuring Your own technological capabilities to access the Class.
4. Intellectual Property
– All Content, materials, and recordings are Our exclusive property.
– You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or display any Content without Our prior written consent.
5. Non-Assignability
– You cannot nominate another person to attend the Class in Your place.
– We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone.
6. Video and Audio Recordings
– We may record Classes for quality purposes or future use.
– By participating, You grant Us permission to use Your image, voice, and comments in these recordings.
7. Payment and Refunds
– Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
– We do not offer refunds for missed Classes.
8. Disclaimers
– We make no warranties regarding the Class or Content.
– We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from participation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
